Gabriel Shikman – Real Estate with a Global Perspective
I began my journey right after the army, as a broker at RE/MAX Jerusalem. Since then, I have guided dozens of residential and investment deals, working both with local buyers and with American clients. My extensive experience also includes activity in the U.S. market – handling major commercial and industrial building transactions in Texas, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, and more. I am a true believer in the potential of Israeli real estate and view the value of our land as a national asset that develops and appreciates over the years.
Chaim Kasselman – Real Estate with a Mission
I began my journey in brokerage at RE/MAX, where I specialized in high-demand areas of Jerusalem and was selected for the company’s Gold Club. Later on, I deepened my knowledge in the field of development through both studies and hands-on experience – including leading a group of more than 120 buyers in a complex residential project in Efrat. I founded GroupBuy Investments with the goal of making the world of development accessible to private buyers – with an emphasis on personal service, complete transparency, and precise management of every stage in the process.

Is this a regular purchasing group?
No. We don’t establish the project from scratch – instead, we identify an existing project at an early stage, approach it with a cohesive group, and secure preferred terms with the developer. This is different from the traditional method, as the risk is lower and the process is faster and clearer.
Why not approach a project alone and get a good price?
An individual buyer does not get the same access or terms as a group. Developers usually don’t open early sales to the public, but when we come with a group – we have something to offer, and that’s what enables us to secure prices and conditions that aren’t yet available on the market.
How much does your service cost?
The initial consultation is free of charge. If we find an opportunity that suits you and you decide to join, we will charge a guidance fee according to the agreement – with complete transparency.
